photoWhat We Inspect

Our program has been designed to assure you a thorough, thoughtful and easy to understand overview of the condition of the home you are considering. Buying a home is not something you do every day, so we provide you with the information you need to make a balanced purchasing decision. Our basic philosophy is; "home buyers will make good decisions when provided with sound information".

Benefits

  • We deliver a computer generated detailed report to you before we leave the inspected property or we will email it to you within approximately 24 hours.
  • We point out the major and minor deficiencies to give you the complete picture on your new home's condition.
  • We will identify any major expenditures coming up so you can budget for these potential expenses.
  • We will identify any present or potential safety hazards.
  • We will help you to understand how various components of the home function.
  • At the close of the inspection, we will review the findings so you'll have a clear understanding of any potential improvements that will be needed; those required immediately or in the future.
  • At that time, you will also receive a complimentary copy of the "Homeowner's Handbook"; an educational guide written exclusively for clients of professional home inspectors. This 128 page handbook contains hundreds of colour Photos and Illustrations. It contains basic construction concepts, and was created to help clients understand their home and its components so that they can help preserve its value in the future.
